- work with global team to define the headlamp system for apac market.

- identify china customer needs; support ccp, study benchmark design and communicate with supplier.

- create part development timing according to master timing in pdp system.

- input requirements to supplier, such as, appearance, interface, function and performance.

- lead headlamp system development (define component system fo, bo and key characteristics, create bom & dfmea)

- release source packaging for sourcing and supplier technical review; release components, lead change management (solution, documentation, cost & timing, implementation), and maintain ccd/odm.

- tracking tooling and gage development.

- responsible of component level and system level validation (dv & pv).

requirements

- bs and above degree in chemical/mechanical/vehicle engineering.

- experience of 3 years+ of experience in headlamp system development and release.

- familiar with headlamp system regulation

- familiar with aqp, engineering & quality tools.

- supplier management skills, lead technical review meeting with supplier.

- good english communication skills (fluent in speaking and writing).
