1. prepare test protocol of reliability/environmental test per product specification, and implement testing according to schedule

2. intensive study the failure mode of product and raise solution for main/key technical problem. assist cft solve the pendent technical problems.

3. in charge of dv/pv test, material verification, component selection test, and failure analysis /solution during reliability test at dv/pv.

4. provide consultation and training to other department for problem solving tools, methods

5. lab equipment/fixture management.

qualifications:

1. bachelor or above, electronic, major of mechanical engineering.

2. 5+ years working experience of reliability testing and 2+ years lab management.

3. reliability design, alt model knowledge.

4. failure analysis experience of electronic product.

5. can work under pressure.

6. fluent writing and oral english.
