动力传动工程师 法国赛科技术工程集团中国总公司 赛科工业科技开发(武汉)有限公司,法国赛科技术工程集团中国总公司,赛科工业,赛科 responsibilities

1. collect test request from function team for projects.

2. lead test supplier selection and create test plan.

3. lead testing resource management.

4. coordinate test budget application.

5. work with test supplier for test preparation and vehicle retrofit and logistic

6. onsite or offsite monitor testing progress.

7. define test report requirement to supplier.

8. maintain dvp&r;

9. coordinate with function team for test result sharing and trouble shooting;

10. weekly hours spent logged into rp tracking system;

11. delivery needs to follow es test management process and standard document;

12. finish test within project required timing/budget.

qualification requirements

1. at least 3years of experiences on engine systems testing.

2. good knowledge on dfmea and dvp&r

3. leading a multi-functional team in problem resolving.

4. transparent communication with management and team members.

5. good leadership skills.

6. self-motivated, work under pressure.

7. good communication skills and language skills, fluent in written and spoken english.
