职责描述:

• 供应商管理系统维护:审计文档及资质报告等文件的归档整理,配合相关部门提供文案资料;

• global/zone技术文件的翻译、编译和培训工作

• 对global/zone的月度报告汇编整理

• 部门内部行程管理、会议支持及travel cost 管理

• 协助材料风险管控工作

任职要求:

• bachelor degree or above, major in food, beverage, biological, chemical, pharmaceutical and other professionals. (must)

• graduating student or 1-2 years experiences working in quality filed.

• acquaint the application and operation of word, excel, powerpoint.

• good skill of english, reading and writing and fluent communication.

• have stronger organization and coordination abilities.

• strong teamwork spirit and communication skills.

• good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

• can work under pressure.

• better if be familiar with iso9001, haccp and gmp system.
