任职资格

1.advanced understanding of tf、littho、wet、diff、etch、cmp、 processes.

2.must possess strong engineering knowledge of photo equipment, including: scanner/track and materials.

3.proficient in statistics, data analysis, design of experiments (doe). understanding of optics including the principles and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination.
