education

1.university degree in mechanical engineering

2.master degree a plus

preferable experience

1.preferable years of total experience: 3+

2.years of experience in oem body structures: 2+

3.systems experience: at least one of ls-dyna; nastran; hyperworks: 2+

4.years of experience in design engineering/analysis: 2+

5.structural adhesive knowledge a plus

6.experience in leading & working with cross-functional teams

7.experience in managing international dotted line relationships

8.analytical & process strengths

key tasks

1.problem analysis and design proposal in front of the customer

2.oem and henkel guidance in design and integration of products

3.establish relationships with customer structural engineers

4.develop solutions and transfer them to the backoffice: cad-cae

5.present simulations and concepts to the customer

6.coordinate activities with program manager and design and release engineer

7.provide guidance to pd regarding future structural material requirements and open/follow adp projects
