第1篇 模具主管岗位职责

岗位职责:

-manage the mold production process and regulate the mold production plan when production conflict happens.

负责安排模具涂层的生产,协调中心涉及模具涂层的生产计划的调配

-assist center manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators

协助中心经理管理模具涂层生产的关联人员,并负责指导、培训关联人员

-technical and applications support to local sales team and other coating centers if necessary according to the manager`s requirement

为销售部门或其他生产中心进行技术及应用支持

-supporting from china mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in dg center.

在所在中心构建高效及专业的模具涂层团队

-solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from china mold manager and mold supervisor.

按照巴尔查斯标准要求解决制程控制、夹具、设备、工具在生产过程中的问题,处理及解决客户抱怨

岗位要求:

-bachelor degree or above, major in mold design/mental material/heat treatment or related.

本科学历,材料、模具或热处理相关专业

-more than 5 years working experience in molding related field

5年以上模具行业相关工作经验

-knowledge in mold structure and machinery

了解模具构造及机加工工艺

-fluent english both in written and oral

良好的英文听说读写能力

-good communication skill and team cooperation spirit

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
