第2篇 管理控制员岗位职责

职责描述:

assist to prepare the budget and control of budget using variance analysis and standard cost

•assist to preparation of the plan (mid term plan) and report

•participate to monthly co closing

•manage cost centers and cost estimation timely

•assist to prepare all internal reports to both groups (hgi, sg)

•assist to prepare costs analysis to support production improvement, prototype costs, etc.

•support quotation of sales team based on standard cost calculation.

•propose to the management in improvement

•take part in inventory control, evaluation, physical inventory

•participate in the quality improvement process by providing and explaining relevant studies and information (e.g. cost of quality)

任职要求:

education学历: bachelor degree in finance/accounting/economics

•language语言: english: english: cet-6 (fluent in spoken and written english)

•computer skill计算机技能:

•excellent at excel

•sap experience is a plus

normal of other computer skill (e.g. word, powerpoint)

- work experience工作经验:

above 3 years related working experience (for senior const controller only)
