第12篇 机器人焊接工程师岗位职责

(高级)机器人焊接方案工程师 安飞陆自动化 安飞陆自动化焊割设备(无锡)有限公司,安飞陆自动化,安飞陆 responsibilities:

1. communicate with customers and make automation technical solution(include concept and cost) for salesman.

2. anylyse the product process, make machine/cell layout and fixture concept, calculate the cycle time, make the feasible technical solution for customers.

3. take part in project management, cooperate with inner departments ,solve technical issues and support project performance smoothly.

4. take part in global business and collaborate with head office, assure to take over the global projects.

5. support machines localization strategy, collaborate with the purchasing and design team on components selection, assessment of suppliers, ensure cost down and improve core competitiveness.

6. achieve other tasks that leader arranged.

requirements:

1. bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or similar;

2. 3+ years’ experience as mechanical , electric or manufacture automation engineering,

3. proficiency in 3d cad and office software such as solidworks, powerpoint, word ,excel and so on.

4. be familiar of automotive automated welding, welding fixtures and such welding process as arc-welding, spot welding or laser welding;

5. it is preferable to have experiences in such robots companies as abb,kuka,fanuc,yaskawa.

6. fluent in english, use english as work language。
