responsible for providing engineering support for all aspects of printed circuit board assemblies processes

authority statement:

has the authority to make decisions and take action in the development, analysis, and sustaining of new products and processes.

primary functions/major responsibilities:

1. ensures manufacturability of new products, understanding customer requirement, prepare toolingproduct assembly build instruction.

2. improve product yield through updates processes to meet company’s goals.

3. continuously improve productivity and quality by optimizing processes and toolingfixture.

4. qualifies and implements new manufacturing technologies.

5. work with quality team to provide continuous improvement solution for product rejected by customer.

6. assists quality team in developing workmanship criteria.

7. assists in training production personnel on new processes.

supervisory responsibility:

supervises process technicians/engineers and other engineering staff.

specific job skills:

1. strong written communication skills, especially in the area of spec writing.

2. sound knowledge and skills in smt and wave soldering and system assembly processes.

3. strong oral communication skills across all levels within the organization.

4. good oral and written english.

education and/or experience:

1. bachelors degree in any engineering discipline or equivalent.

2. 5 years pcba work experiments ,also familiar with coating and potting process in ems company.
