• education: bs and above degree in electrical/automation/mechanical engineering

• experience: 5 years of experience in ee component (switch- switch bank/power lift gate switch/sunroof/sunshade switch/seat adjust switch/fuel door switch/steering wheel switches) design & validation

• good experience in analogy /digital hardware design mechanical design

• professional experience in ee component development/validation

• rich experience in quality tools such as 8d/5 why and automotive product development process

• ability to use oscilloscope/cancase to do failure analysis

• familiar with vehicle e/e architecture and in vehicle network is preferred

• experience with teamcenter release is preferred.

• familiar with all levels of functional objectives and engineering tools like cfd, fea, gd&t, fmea, dvp/r, etc.

• ability to coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.

• supplier management skills, lead technical review meeting with supplier.

• good interpersonal skills, team work spirit.

• self-motivated, work under pressure.

• willingness to domestic / oversea travels

• excellent leadership and management skill. must be able to harmonize and coordinate issues across different function disciplines and different sites with timely manner. take initiative to find out problems and coordinate to figure out problems. strong independent management capability;

• responsibility, integrity, be passionate about achieving -pursue everything with energy, drive and a need to succeed;

• have the energy to deliver - translate ideas into actions that drive results/ overcome fatigue and stress;

• familiar with automotive industry development process and quality process (v process, apqp, ts16949 etc.);

• famous tier one supplier work experience is preferred

• think independently and logically; do things on one's own initiative; accountability and passion for driving program

• able to work in english environment
