main purpose of job

to install, repair and maintain customer instruments

to provide technical support to internal and external customers

to maintain good customer relationship

responsibilities

responds to customer service requests and follows up tasks set in sap/sfdc.

complete/close service notifications created on the sap/sfdc in time.

offers telephone support to customers.

repair of customer instruments.

troubleshooting of customer problems and diagnosis.

collaboration with application specialists in resolving customer issues.

provides regular reports of customer visits and service issues in sap/sfdc.

responsible for post sales installation.

supports sales of customer service contracts.

within specialist areas, acquires and maintains practical and scientific technical knowledge to support customer sales and service.

任职资格:

requirements

college level or above major in electronic, mechanical, automation or related.

at least two years relevant work experience.

very good team work player and communication skill.

initiative and be interested in customer service.

experience of instrumentation maintenance desirable, especially refer to xrd or xrf or semi-conductor.

knowledge of basic principles of particle sizing, rheology, zeta potential measurement or image analysis, work experience in above fields would be an advantage.

must demonstrate logical approach and problem solving ability.

good at reading, written and oral english.

use of applications laboratory and equipment to resolve applications issue.

professional training and individual training plan designed for each engineer.

supports from head office and call centre.
