库存控制主管工程师 ■职位职责描述job description:

为了保障公司生产性物料及时、准确地供应,在符合公司财务资产管理和审计要求的前提下,建立、优化库存管理流程:保障库存准确并制定相应对策,为物料的精益采购提供业务和数据支持。define or update inventory control procedure to insure supply of material veracious and timely ; insure the inventory veracious to support other mp&l business.

■主要工作内容main responsibilities:

1、库存流程:制订、开发、跟踪、监控流程,确保库存控制程序得到正确执行。根据财务内控要点 完善及监控库存控制程序:根据实际的业务操作制订(更新)库存控制程序计划,确保库存管理的有效性,保证生产顺利进行;according to actual operations, to define or update ic procedure, supervise procedure implementation of related departments ,and update procedures according to actual requirement.

2、订年度盘点 日常盘点:组织年度盘点等重大库存动作。监控零件日常、循环盘点计划的实施,跟踪循环盘点差异分析工作的进度,保证零件的差异进行妥善处理;coordination of the annual inventory and other major stock movements, inventory checks and financial assistance api.

3、账务问题的处理、协调:监督、协调公司所有生产性零件帐务的处理,协调、解决财务等其他部门的对于库存帐务问题的疑问,对盘点分析进行最终审核并在系统过账。协助物料:根据特殊物料情况,及时调整更改订单;coordinate related departments determineconfirm scrapsuspect parts ensure scrapsuspect parts can be handled effectively in time, supervise un-normal inventory.monitor inventory discrepancy on daily bases, make sure any discrepancies addressed and resolved.

4、负责组织盘点、 制定零件循环盘点计划,通过合理调整盘点资源完成循环盘点的实施,并完成盘点差异的计算工作;responsible for organizing inventory, cycle counting program developed parts, then adjusting the inventory of resources to complete the implementation of reasonable cycle count, and complete calculations inventory differences.

5、对公司内各库存点的异常库存进行控制,对物料的内部运作进行管理和控制,保证库存的准确性;control un-normal parts in plant storages, manage and control activities of inside inventory ,ensure the exactitude of inventory.

6、协调新项目、新平台期间库存控制股内的相关业务内容。coordinate relate ic operation during new project or new flat. ■任职条件qualifications:

1、大学本科及以上学历, 物流管理、工业工程、汽车工程等相关专业;university degree (master or bachelor) and above, majoring in logistics management, industry engine, auto engine etc.

2、良好的英文表达能力(书面及口语);fluent in english, spoken/written;

3、有6年以上相关工作经验,熟悉新项目各节点物流相应工作,了解汽车工艺、精益物流,有合资汽车企业工作经验者优先考虑;at least 6 years experience related ,famaliar with related new project working joint,know auto engine and lean logistics very well,had better have jiont-venture auto mobile experience.

4、熟悉sap系统的业务逻辑、功能和应用,熟练掌握office办公软件;familiar with business logic, function and application in sap system, make good use of office software. ■职位职责描述job description:
