职位描述：

responsibility 24x7全天候管理生产技术环境，确保网络基础设施组件的可用性，可靠性以及正常运行时间符合规定的服务水平。

manage the “live” technical environment on 24x7 basis to ensure the availability， reliability and uptime of the network infrastructure components meets the agreed service levels

监测it环境，检测，处理和/或升级异常情况。

monitor the enterprise it environment to detect， address and/or escalate exception conditions

给数据中心运维，l1服务台和l2应用管理提供技术支持服务。provide technical support services to data center operations， l1 help desk， and l2 applications management

在要求的sla或商定的目标日期内解决与基础设施相关的事件和请求。

resolve infrastructure-related incidents and requests within the required sla or agreed target date

启动和执行网络性能的调优，维护以及服务器和工作站的维护和补丁修补。

initiate and perform network performance tuning and maintenance， as well as server and workstation maintenance and patching

设计、规定和实施基础设施和网络组件以满足现有和未来的需求。确保服务的性能，容量和可用性达到或超过业务的当前以及未来的既定需求 。

design， provision and implementation of infrastructure and network components to address existing and future requirements. ensure that the level of service performance， capacity and availability matches or exceeds the current and future established needs of the business

系统上线周期间给l3团队提供支持。

provide support to l3 team with project implementation during go-live weekend

协助审核任何与基础设施相关的合同材料和建议书。确保所有项目都遵守长期的基础设施计划。

assist with the review of any infrastructure related contract materials and proposals. ensure that all projects adhere to the long term plan for infrastructure

mbcl协助为mbcl提供网络相关的审计和灾备演练文档。assist in providing network related audit and bcp documents for

任何mbcl硬件和网络需要变更的，与mbtc基础设施团队做好协调。

coordinate with mbtc infrastructure team for any changes needed for mbcl hardware and network

确保网络拓扑文件以及所有的硬件清单是最新的。

ensure network topology document is up to date， as well as list of all hardware for mbcl

任职资格

qualification 3年以上的it基础设施管理维护经验；

3years above it infrastructure management and maintain experience

熟悉各种操作系统，包括aix/linux/windows/etc.；

be familiar with all sort of systems， like aix/linux/windows/etc.

熟悉微软应用，如sharepoint/exchange/ad/etc.；

be familiar with microsoft applications， such as sharepoint/exchange/ad/etc.

熟悉常用数据库，如oracle/sql server；

be familiar with database， like oracle/sql server

熟悉常见中间件的配置管理，如mq/was/etc；

be familiar with middleware management， like mq/was/etc

了解银行业务流程和相关银行产品；

be familiar with banking business procedures and relative products

良好的团队合作精神；

good teamwork

计算机、通信、网络相关专业本科以上学历；

bachelor degree with major in computer， telecommunication and network
