main responsibilities:

1. generate ar/ap data details based on sales/purchase order information;

2. responsible for the entry of ar/ap vouchers;

3. check and process ar/ap data and write off virtual invoices;

4. timely communicate and update with relevant departments about abnormal payment or difference data;

5. focus on the customers with large receivables and long-term accounts, keep timely reconciliation with customers and report to department leader;

6. cost control;

7. generate relevant financial statements;

8. other tasks according to business needs.

main requirements:

1. college degree or above, major in accounting;

2. 1+ year experience in accounting as ar/ap, from trading company is a plus;

3. familiar with reconciliation process between customer and supplier;

4. good communication and coordination skills with professional ethics;

5. sensitive to data and good at data analysis;

6. good on excel skills;

7. good english both on oral and writing.
