项目安全工程师岗位职责

location: qinzhou， guangxi province china
key responsibilities:
be responsible for she management on construction负责承包商施工安全管理
– together with contractor she mgr. and supervision company she supervisor inspection on site.
与承包商和监理公司she人员一起检查现场。
– attend contractor's coordination committee meeting per-week.
参加承包商每周调度会。
– conduct daily she inspection & enforce she requirements.
每天检查现场使符合she要求。
– organize she training for contractors.
实施对承包商的培训。
– issue warning letters / fines to contractors violating she rules.
对承包商签发警告信和罚款单。
– make statistic report of safe man-hours， ua/uc， she monthly highlight report， she kpis report.
统计安全人工时、ua/uc，做she月报、she运行指标报告。
– advice， support incident investigation， make lesson learnt report.
参与事故调查，做经验教训报告。
– share lesson learnts with contractor.
经验教训事故报告给承包商。
– manage she & technical document for construction. 管理施工she文档。 – others issues assigned by the company. 公司安排的其他需处理的事情。
job requirements:
junior college degree or above.大专以上学历。
more than three years chemical/oil products project she management experience. marine experience is preferred三年以上石油/化工项目安全管理经验，有海工(码头)经验的优先。
good interpersonal and communication skills.良好的人际关系及沟通技巧。
team work spirit团队合作精神。
good computer skills较好的计算机操作技能。
good english skills较好的英语能力
