研发工程师(机组机械设计) independently design and configure various package products (booster package, heat-exchanger package, etc)
job discription:
prepare engineering deliverables in accordance with company processes, procedures, work instructions, departmental standards and client requirement
develop engineering calculations, equipment layout drawings, boms;
specify valves, pumps, pressure tanks and all other instruments equipped with pump package.
develop engineering documents (specifications, procurement technical requirement, installation & operation manual)
work with manufacturing engineers in establishing production layout, sops.
assist sourcing team in setting up vender database.
develop standardized design modules.
participate in cost reduction project
provide technical support to sales and application engineering.
provide technical support to after-market service.
responsible for the safety and environment protection of whole productions lines, in compliance with all applicable national and local standards, regulation and rules per xylem standards.
