- familiar with software develop lifecycle.

- 3+ years hands on j2ee web backend development experiences.

- familiar with common frameworks, such as spring, structs, hibernate.

- familiar with websphere application server.

- test driven development principles and toolset, e.g. junit and so on.

- have a good knowledge on json, pdf.

- familiar with source code management tools, e.g. svn/git and so on.

- having agile project working experiences is a plus.

- having i-wfm experiences is a plus.

soft skills:

- high awareness of compliance with laws and regulations in soft skills.

- good japanese reading/writing skills, jlpt n2+.

- independent on work

- good communication

- insurance domain skill is a plus.

- global company working experiences is a plus.
