电子件供应商质量工程师/ electronic sqe 伟巴斯特 伟巴斯特车顶供暖系统(上海)有限公司,伟巴斯特,伟巴斯特 职责:

1、critical components technical review withsupplier and sign the meeting minutes.

重要零件的供应商技术评审并签署会议纪要

2、new program supplier components apqp/timingtracking.

新项目供应商零件的apqp和时间进度跟踪。

3、apqp open issue list and actions tracking.

apqp问题清单和措施的跟踪。

4、monitor continuous improvement for partdeviation during the apqp.

监督apqp过程中的零件偏差的持续整改。

5、monitor key components r@r and implement theprocess approval, ppap sign-off.

监督关键零件的节拍生产,进行过程认可,批准ppap。

6、tracking the quality issue with sqe beforesop+3 months by 8d report.

在sop+3个月之前与sqe用8d报告形式跟踪质量问题。

7、hand over before the certain milestones, andbuild up lessons learn from apqp.

按指定的项目节点进行项目移交,并总结项目开发apqp过程中得到的经验教训。

requirements:

1. bachelor degree, major in engineering;

2. above 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry;

3. familiar with stamping, plastic parts or stamping mould.

4. fluent in written and oral english.

5. familiar with the office software(eg.word, excel, powerpoint).
