机械零部件设计工程师 职位概述 position summary:

responsible for executing activities relating to product design, testing, evaluation, process design, and standardization on fitting.these activities include interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and providing support for existing product designs and production.

范围/协作沟通scope/supervision and interaction:

the engineer is effectively coordinated with other functional department (marketing, manufacturing, sales, quality, purchasing, etc). and this position shall also provide membership to facility, department engineers, designers, and drafters.

和其它部门(市场部、价值流、销售、质量及采购部等)进行有效必要的沟通,并能够提供必要的协助和支持。

职责 job responsibility:

perform department activity, which includes performance evaluations, employee training and development, disciplinary action, cost saving, etc.

provide engineering output with accuracy, correctness and meet to the division standard. outputs include engineering change requests, product configuration changes, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

prioritize and direct daily department activities to ensure effective and efficient completion of department objectives.

perform technical work including preparation of design layouts, specifications, engineering investigations, calculations, and failure analysis.

资格/条件 qualifications:

bs degree in mechanical manufacture or mechanical design . master degree is preferable;

学士学位,机械制造或者机械设计专业。硕士学位优先。

minimum 3 years r&d working experience with mechanical design and materials, and be familiar with the lab testing methods and equipment;

3年以上机械设计或材料研发工作经验,熟悉试验标准和设备

auto cad,3d software(inventor,pro-e, or solidworks etc )

熟练使用autocad及三维软件(inventor,pro-e或者solidworks)

familiar with cnc program

熟悉机加工编程

experience in foreign manufacturing company is preferred;

外企工作经验的优先

strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize ms office software;

熟练使用计算机及办公软件
