职责描述:
• function as advanced helpdesk support for applications managed by job position once level 1 it helpdesk has triaged ticket.
• support of mathworks, vector, ptc, doors and rectify infrastructure at local site
• install software applications or use sccm to distribute software
• manage infrastructure, enhancements, software upgrades, data security, interfaces, work with other tool champions
• maintain user accounts and licenses involved with these tools at the site
• work with it on infrastructure support of servers and client setup.
• maintain alliance and collaborate with veoneer it on vision and roadmap of technology.
• maintain close relationship with other tool champions.
• other tasks assigned by it supervisor.
任职要求
level (diploma) required:
• bachelor’s degree in computer science or electronic technology.
experience:
• solid hand-on experience in infrastructure area is a must
• 3+ years’ working and 1+ years on similar position,
• knowledge of engineering processes related to product management
technical skills required:
• network;nas, san, nfts & nfs permission knowledge is required.
• windows server / office; active directory
• good knowledge of veoneer engineering tools – vector, mathworks, doors, reqtify, and ptc im
skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
• project management skills (pmi certification) is preferred.
• positive attitude.
• good communications skill and interpersonal skills.
languages:
• excellent written and verbal english language skills is must.
