软件项目经理 responsibilities:

software project management

 support the definition of the product sw requirements based on customer inputs

 manage the project sw team to realize the project objectives (estimate, plan and track the sw development activities)

 evaluate the necessary roles and define adequate project organization

 ensure the communication with other disciplines (hardware, mechanical, validation)

 regularly communicate with global location and software teams

 ensure the technical interface with our customers from software perspective

 handle critical situations that occur during software project development

 implement software release to meet milestone timing

 take decisions and assume possible risks when necessary

 estimate sw cost issues during regular process and development work

team working and organization grow up

 daily communication with global location in cross culture environment

 coach and support junior software engineers who are responsible for the software development lifecycle

 interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to understand the various levels of requirements, the viable technologies and anticipated development

 strong team working spirit with sharing mind

requirements:

bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related

minimum 3 years or more automotive electronics experience

minimum 2 years software project manager or similar roles

minimum 3 years embedded software develop experience

excellent english oral and written skills
