岗位职责:

lead the manufacturing engineering team to achieve team goals and company goals. 领导制造工程师团队达成部门目标和公司目标。

train and guide the manufacturing engineering team, develop the capability of the team members. 培养和指导制造工程师,提高整个团队的能力。

lead the process and routines improvement in operations team including machining, welding and t&a. closely work with production team on lean and improvement initiatives.

lead routine workshop process inspection and verification. make sure the fully execution per sop/w.i requirement and identify improvement opportunity.

lead the process competency evaluation and people qualification. identify the gaps and drive the continuous improvements/plan implementation.

support ito quotation and evaluate the project execution including special process, equipment, tooling & fixtures and employee qualifications, etc., to make sure smooth ito to otr.

支持ito阶段的报价,评估新项目可执行性,包括项目执行所需要的特殊过程,设备,工装及员工技能等等,以确保整个项目得以顺利执行且满足客户的技术要求。

follow and prepare the execution for important projects in otr from operations stand point, connect all internal processes and ensure well execution to meet otd, quality, cost and productivity.

参与并准备关键项目的实施,确保各个过程(机加工,焊接,装配和检验等)的衔接。保证项目执行的关键指标。

closely work with cross-functional teams, especially engineering, to lead key products fpq/sit and make sure the readiness for mass production.

和各个团队紧密合作,领导关键项目的首件认证,并确保可以量产。

work closely with engineering and quality team on fpy improvement and process enhancement.

和质量及工程团队紧密合作,提高产品的工艺及过程的可靠性,以及一次通过率。

analyze and continuously improve sop and qms for robust quality system in operations.

分析并且持续改进运营过程的标准化作业和流程,提高质量体系的可靠性和执行力。

monthly job variance summary and drive the jv < 1%.

月度工单差异的分析和总结,并且从流程和工艺优化的角度推进jv小于1%。

support tpm with maintenance team.

支持tpm的推广和应用。

fully compliance to company regulations and ehs requirements. 完全遵守公司规章和ehs的制度。

other tasks assigned by manager.

其它由经理安排的工作和任务。

岗位要求:

▪ bachelor or above with engineering background

大学本科及以上,机械工程系或相关专业

▪ at least 8 years working experience in the engineering industry.

八年以上工程行业相关经验。

▪ prefer to have engineering background in o&g industry.

有石油和天然气行业工程背景为佳。

▪ at least 2 years leadership experience.

至少两年带领团队经验。

▪ be knowledgeable of machining, welding and assemble process. 熟悉机加工,焊接和装配/试压过程

▪ aptitude to train junior manufacturing engineer. 能对初级工程师进行有效培训

▪ strong team-work spirit. 很强的团队合作意识

▪ strong process expertise in machining, welding and assemble. 精通机加工,焊接和装配流程

▪ good communication skill 良好的沟通协调能力

▪ good command of written and spoken english. 英语书写与口语良好
