第8篇 设备管理项目岗位职责

设备项目管理工程师 主要职责(responsibilities):

1. 参与新项目非标设备的概念设计及可行性讨论;

participate in non-standard equipment concept design and feasibility discussion.

2. 协调新项目非标设备的设计、制造及调试;

responsible for the coordination of design, manufacturing and debugging for non-standard equipment

3. 协调项目转移生产线安装、调试;

responsible for the coordination of installation and debugging for transferred production line.

4. 控制项目按照计划进度完成;

control project completed as scheduled.

5. 外部供应商开发和管理;

develop and manage external suppliers.

6. 完成上级领导临时布置的相关工作;

finish the job assigned by the leader

7. 遵守公司各项规章制度;

obey to the company rules.

职责范围(responsibilities range)

项目协调,公司内部设计、制造、工艺及开发部门间进度协调,完成整个项目设备向生产车间交钥匙工程,协调委托外部供应商设计制造生产线.

学历及工作经验要求(requirements)

1. 学历:大学本科以上,机械、机电一体化、自控专业等。

bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, mechatronics, automation

2. 工作经历:机电维修,机电维修/机械设计/电气设计编程

从事非标设备三年以上工作经验;有非标设备项目管理相关经验.

at least 3 year working experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance/ mechanical design/plc programmer. at least 3 year experience in non-standard equipment and relevant experience to manage non-standard equipment’s project.

3. 语言能力:英语熟练

good english in hearing, oral, reading and writing.

4. pc操作能力:熟练运用office、auto-cad软件,有机械设计经验需熟悉catia/pro e/ug /inventor任一3d软件。有电气经验的需熟悉beckoff/simens/其他plc任一编程.

familiar with office and auto-cad. any one of catia/pro e/ug /inventor 3d software or beckoff/simens/other plc program.

5. 其他要求:了解iso14001环境体系标准和ts16949质量体系标准。
