hardware design电子硬件设计工程师 1. design hardware circuits or upgrade existing products circuits according to customer and project requirements.根据客户与项目需求设计硬件电路或者对现有产品进行改造升级;

2. product verification, testing and dvpr support. troubleshoots production hardware problems and recommends appropriate actions. 产品验证,实验以及dvpr支持。排查分析产品的硬件故障,并提供有效的解决方案。

3. applies electronic hardware development processes and tools to finish hardware design task. processes include basic problem solving techniques (5 phase, 7 step, 8d or similar), design for emc robustness, design for manufacturing, familiarity with embedded electronic hardware development process, requirements analysis and eda tools; 应用电子硬件开发流程和工具完成硬件设计工作。过程包括基本的问题解决技术(5阶段、7步骤、8d或类似)、emc稳健性设计、制造设计、熟悉嵌入式电子硬件开发过程、需求分析以及电子设计工具。

4. obtains input and negotiates with electronic suppliers and software development teams and delivers circuit blocks to application engineering teams. 获得输入并与电子供应商和软件开发团队协商,并将设计好的电路模块交付给应用工程团队。

5. provides technical direction for a project or a project team. provides input on program-related decisions. 为项目组提供技术解决方向,为项目层面的决策提供技术输入。

required experience and technical skills:

• strong understanding of fundamentals of analog, digital, and power electronics circuits.

• 3-6 years industry experience on complex automotive and industrial hardware system design and development. 3-6年汽车或工业控制器硬件设计开发经验;

• understanding of the functions of the microcontroller and all of its submodules in sufficient detail to be able to design on a microcontroller for a specific electronic system. 对汽车控制器所用到的mcu的功能有基本了解,并且对它们的应用有足够的熟悉,能为特定的电子系统设计选型mcu。

• experience in the following areas are a must.

--- power supply design (protection, switcher, ldo, key switch)

--- data links (can, j1708, lin)

--- i/o (analog, digit, adc)

--- driver (h-bridge, pwm, injector, brushless motor)

--- igbt/electrification controller/bms system

--- emc/emi/signal integrity and power integrity analysis

--- pcb electronics component engineering

--- eda tools

--- design for manufacturing

--- ams (spice) simulator

• experience in the following area are a plus.

--- zuken cr5000 & ds-2/cadence

--- network (wireless/gsm)

--- mathcad/matlab/simulink

--- 7-step/8d/fta/fmea/6 sigma

--- fpga/cpld design

• participate in the design and verification of at least one electronics product, ecm/ecu is prefer.参与过至少一个电子产品的设计和验证,有发动机,车辆控制器经验优先;

• bachelor degree or above, relating to automation, automotive, communication, electronics information, mechatronics or computer. 自动化,汽车, 通讯工程,电子信息,机械电子工程或计算机相关本科及以上学历。
