职位描述：

岗位职责:

instruct franchisees to manage their stores' displays， goods， working processes， on-the-job training， and other operational related matters

指导加盟商管理其店铺的陈列、货品、营运流程、在职培训以及其他运营相关事项

focus on establishing and maintaining a flawless retail process and keep high level store operations standard in franchising stores

关注加盟商门店的运营流程的建立以及维护，并帮助门店维持严格的运营标准

assist franchisees to improve their sales performance through data analysis

通过数据分析，协助加盟商提升各项销售数据

facilitate the communication between company and franchisees， and feedback properly to help enhance the productivity

担任公司与加盟商之间的沟通桥梁，把加盟商零售店铺的问题向公司反映

complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

协助完成上级布置的其它工作

岗位要求:

college degree or above， bachelor preferred

大学专科以上学历，本科学历者优

three years or above work experience in international brand company， fast fashion industry preferred

三年以上国际品牌公司工作经验，有快时尚品牌工作经验者从优

independent thinking and capability of showing own opinions in a non-threatening way

能独立分析，并可以用不具威胁的方式给出独到的见解

proficient in computer operation， good english skill preferred

能熟练操作电脑；有较强英语读写能力者优先

positive and optimistic， capable of working under high pressure， honest and trustworthy， passionate for fast fashion industry

性格积极、乐观、正面、可承受压力，诚实守信，热忱于快时尚行业

good at communication， willing to provide team work efficiency by helping others， attach importance to group cooperation
