第7篇 中层管理储备岗位职责

职责描述:

1、 搭建国际件航空运力优势网络和获取优质运力资源;

2、 提升国际件航空运力议价能力,了解空运市场的运行规则及市场变化规律;

3、 制定全货机包机操作流程,以及现场作业指导;

4、 完善运力管理体系,包括舱位获取、质量保障、成本管控、供应商管理等;

5、 跨部门沟通协调,及推动重点项目性工作;

6、 通过在中国3-6个月的储备学习,成长为可派遣至顺丰海外国家的营运中层人才。

main job description

1. setting up international airfreight transportation advantage network and acquire superior transportation resource.

2. improving bargaining power of international airfreight transportation, understanding the operation rule and market discipline of airfreight market.

3. setting out charter operation process and guiding field operation.

4. optimizing transportation planning management system, including acquire flight space, quality assurance, cost controlling, suppliers management and so on.

5. crossing department communication, and driving key project work.

6. with 3-6 months' training and practise in hq, china, they will become senior ops talents for sf overseas offices.

任职要求:

1、本科以上学历,具有it相关教育或工作背景优先

2、具有10年以上空运行业经历,有航司或大型货代工作经验,有商务谈判、现场操作等经验;

3、中英文流利;国籍不限;可以接受国际派遣,海外派遣国家包含但不限于英国、美国、日本、韩国、新加坡、马来西亚、蒙古、越南、泰国、澳洲、中东和印度等。

4、熟悉ppt、excel、word等办公软件,熟练掌握数据统计和分析的常用方法;

5、团队合作意识强,对工作具备高度责任心,能承受较大工作压力。

job requirements:

1. bachelor degree or above in aviation, have experience of education or work in it background is preferred.

2. minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of air freight, airline, or large forwarding company, experienced in business negotiation, filed operation and so on.

3. fluent both in english and chinese. all nationalities. can accept international mobility (travels or relocations). for international mobility, the countries include the uk, usa, japan, korea, singapore, malaysia, mongolia, vietnam, thailand, australia, middle east, india and so on.

4. be familiar with office software like ppt, excel, and word; be skilled in using common method of data statistics and analysis.

5. strong sense of team work, high responsibility in work. anti-pressure ability.
