产品设计总监/首席设计师(lanehub design director/the chief designer) 瓴里网络科技(上海)有限公司 瓴里网络科技(上海)有限公司,瓴里网络,瓴里 *工作职责:

1.设定瓴里家具家居品牌形象定位与调性;

2.对瓴里自有家具家居产品设计和输出形象统一负责;

3.提炼瓴里产品设计思维,并可在产品线中得以体现和传播;

4.组建并管理产品设计中心,同时负责指导瓴里签约产品设计与评审;

5.参与产品品类管理,采购方向建议与评审,跟进最终产品实现;

6.提供家具家居产品推广创意,参与策划营销相关的商业计划;

7.参与和把关品牌服务模式的建议与评审,参与品牌文化传播,摄影,空间与平面设计;

*about the role

1.define the branded product concept and initialize the product style for core users

2.ensure lanehub home products design consistency

3.to develop new furnitures and household items by using deeping understanding of users, design trends and production technologies

4.lead, motivate and manage the in-house product designers

5.be responsible for the professional guidance to co-work with design agency and freelance designers

6.coordinate and work closely with internal departments such as supply chain, user research and retail& ecommerce teams from product concept ,design to mass production

7.proactively provide business-driven creative solutions for users

*工作要求:

1.10年以上家具设计经验,有国际化视野,设计事物所或高端家具品牌服务经验均可;

2.有较为体系化的工业或家具产品设计理念以及能体现设计理念的作品,有量产产品或获奖产品者更佳;

3.瓴里用户思维驱动下的产品创意设计大师,能在主体设计风格上创新和变化;

4.设计中心的组建者及管理者,激发富有创造力的设计氛围,培养年轻设计师;

5.多面手,需要参与产品品类规划,采购及生产交付,品牌形象传播,线上线下产品展示与推广;

6.创业者,富有激情及实践探索精神;

*desired expertise and mindset

1.10years design working experience in furniture brand or design agency, international brand or oversea working experience is preferred

2.fruitful creative inspirations, good communication skills , high passionate in a starup company with hard-working attitude.

3.degree in design , with sound industry works such as design awards and launched products

4.a consumer centric problem solver, able to translate user needs,technical realities,brand attributes and business drivers into emotionally appealing products.

5.an open-mind, creative and people oriented leader, build up a level designer team and willing to help young designers to grow up

6.have the great vision, not just for the design also for the supply chain efftiency, user experience and brand communication.

7.good command of english, fluent in mandarin is a plus.
