job summary:

customer service and order fulfillment support for pss business

essential duties and responsibilities:

conduct sales forecast based on sales funnel, and align among sales, marketing, finance, and plants;

customer order processing and input in jde system;

support business team to trace payment and process billing;

coordinate among plants (in us, france, and china), customers and sales team for production and delivery;

coordinate among plants (in us, france, and china), customers, i/e companies, and freight forwarder for product import;

fulfill order-related compliance and internal control requirements;

conduct analytics on funnel/order data to identify business improvement opportunities;

other duties as needed;

education, experience and qualifications:

bachelor degree;

preferred major: trade, logistics, science, engineering, economics, business management,

working experience: 2+ years preferred

preferred experience: sales order related; import/export experience; jde knowledge

language: fluent english in both written and oral

agile to learn

team-work spirit

process and detail oriented

willing and able to drive for results
