品质管理经理 1. build up and maintain iso/iatf quality system, organize quality team and related departments to ensure internal and external audit process effectively and timely

2. make expense budget for qa/qc yearly according to company schedule and budget pool, monitor and manage daily expense to ensure its rationality and planning

3. lead quality team to handle with customer request, including claim, complain and investigation, organize related department to investigate issue root cause and make corrective action timely, and visit customers in needed to clarify situation via 8d report or any format of customer’s, report to top management timely for any existing or potential claim

4. ensure the interface activities with customer counterpart to eliminate risk in change control

5. lead qc team to fulfill daily product inspection accurately to meet shipment planning, keep lab test equipment in well condition and lab operator in well trained skill, highly concern on inspection compliance based on mcpp inspection rule

6. support cd plant qc team to develop test procedure and test skill, align cd and cs inspection level

7. organize quality monthly meeting with each department, to monitor each process kpi in acceptable level, and cooperate management team to push forward continuous improvement activities

8. responsible for qa/qc safety management

9. cooperate with overseas and headquater quality team, to fulfill local quality report and join regional quality activity, highly response on mcpp new rule about quality aspect management

10. lead sqe to manage supplier quality and service, ensure raw material quality via annual site audit, monthly evaluation and communication in case of quality issue

11. develop local quality culture based on mcpp policy

12. conduct assignments from functional leaders and departments in case of any projects

1, education: bachelor, master/phd is preferred

2, major: chemistry or enginering related

3, language: english is a must, fluently writing/reading/speaking, japanese will be a plus

4, qualification: iso/iatf internal auditor

5, experience: more than 3 years working experience in auto application quality management

6, technical skills at least:

 familiar with auto audit process method management, thinking based on risk;

 familiar with auto customer specific requirement

 quality manangement tools,vda6.3, control plan and pfmea

 familiar with product audit, process audit and system audit skill
