进出口专员/外贸专员 • deal with import and export shipments on time.

按时处理进出口货物操作

• provide necessary shipping documents to brokers.

给报关行提供必要的清关文件

• handling custom and ciq required license, and compile hs. codes.

海关商检要求的许可证件的申请以及海关编码的归类

• management of billing of brokers and forwarders.

报关行和货代账单的结算

• coordinate and deal with all kinds of unexpected events that occur during the process of logistics transportation.

协调处理物流运输过程中出现的突发事件

• management and maintenance of the company’s import and export business related to a variety of business license, record and qualification

办理并维护与公司进出口业务相关的各种经营许可、备案及资质

• provide reports if requested.

根据要求提供相关报告

• perform other duties as assigned.

完成其他指派的任务

• bs degree in related major

相关专业本科以上学历

• at least 3 years of experience for import-export field

3年以上进出口方面经验

• familiar with import-export regulation

熟悉进出口方面的法规

• proficiency with word, excel, outlook, etc.

熟练使用word, excel, outlook等

• strong interpersonal, problem solving skills
