data entry in systems or microsoft excel/access

preparing different kinds of reports

ensure accomplishment of sla for responsible processes.

daily process improvement and coordination on operation issues.

handling other jobs assigned by the superior

负责把相关数据录入到系统或microsoft excel/access

负责各种报表的制作

确保所负责的流程能够达到相应的sla(服务水平协议)

负责日常工作中的流程改进并协调日常运作中出现的问题。

负责主管安排的其他工作事项

what we are looking for

colleague educated with1years working experience. (fresh graduate will also be considered.)

self-motivated with positive attitude and pleasant personality.detail-oriented, high level of accuracy.

proficient pc skills in ms word, excel

good command of reading and written english

good command of cantonese is preferable

experience in foreign companies is an advantage

大专或以上学历,有1年以上的工作经验(也考虑)

积极主动的工作态度,注重细节,准确率高

熟练使用办公软件,特别是word,excel

有良好的英语读写能力

会粤语者优先考虑

有外资公司工作经验者优先考虑
