第7篇 系统数据专员岗位职责职位要求

职责描述：

responsibility：

manage medical affairs crm system epet， including access management and hcp list management

run monthly metrics report on time and raw data to managers by request

continuously improve epet， including eliminating the data inconsistency， identifying the root cause of data integrity problems， improving the data accuracy and timeliness， and reducing the data complexity and ambiguity

continuously improve metrics report by effective communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

provide daily support for the system requirement from different internal customers， help analyze the business situation and propose creative and innovate solution suggestion

partner cross-functionally and internally while maintaining positive relationships and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily while exceeding internal customer needs

proactively improve expertise through continuous learning and supporting team workings.

requirement：

bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years data management experience required.

bachelors/engineering degree in bio medical/electrical/mechanical or medical technology is preferred.

basic english skills are required (written and oral).
