人事专员/hr specialist(松江工厂) 上海易保电子有限公司 上海易保电子有限公司,易保 job of responsibilities:

1.- execute c&b work such as monthly payroll, social security & house fund payment, salary & bonus adjustment; assist yearly hr budget.

薪酬福利工作,如每月发薪,社保以及公积金缴纳,调薪以及奖金发放;协助人事预算制定;

2. - draft and revise hr policy and regulations, employee handbook , ehs documents, etc.

草拟并修改公司人事制度和规定,员工手册,ehs资料等;

3. - assist in labor relations such as labor contract management, labor force management, monthly attendance check-up.

协助员工关系例如合同管理,人力管理,每月考勤管理;

4. - implement recruitment process according to new headcount and replacement through various recruitment channels, to meet the demands on quick hc increase.

根据人员编制要求,通过各种渠道进行招聘,满足快速增长的人员需求。

5. - assist in hr manager to propose and execute the internal & external training activities; training materials preparations; follow-up training effect.

协助人事经理策划并执行公司内外部的培训活动,准备培训资料,跟进培训效果;

6. - other work and projects assigned by superior if necessary.

requirements:

1- college or bachelor degree or equivalent;

大专或本科以上学历;

2- written english is necessary;

良好英语书面能力;

3- 3 years working experiences in hr, experienced in c&b, factory experience required.

3年以上人事工作经验,有薪酬和工厂经验。

4- familiar with local labor laws and policies. ehs related knowledge is preferred.

熟悉劳动法以及相关政策, 有ehs相关知识优先。

5- noble style, easy-going, being responsible and team spirit.

形象好气质佳、具有亲和力、有责任心和团队协作意识.
