第12篇 高级软件工程师机器视觉及软件项目经理岗位职责职位要求

岗位职责：

1. 在研发部总监领导下，担任软件项目经理，带领属下软件工程师开发软件产品

2. 作为项目主管对接工程部的集成项目，整合跨部门的开发资源，完成客户项目

职位要求：

1. 熟悉机器视觉、图像处理、模式识别等相关算法；

2. 具有五年以上 c/c++ 开发经验， 熟悉stl和boost；

3. 熟悉 opencv库，对内嵌算法有较深的研究；

4. 具有项目管理经验，并能帮助属下员工成长；

5. 有责任心，性格开朗，文字和语言交流能力较强；

6. 本科或以上学历，模式识别、信号处理、计算机或其它相关专业。
