职责描述:
1. administer and coordinate employee preonboarding and onboarding and exit process.
2. new employee orientation and act as internal trainer
3. act as internal consultant for answering standard questions, direct employee to proper source for issue resolution.
4. process local time and attendance files
5. provide recruiting service to dept. including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates,etc. support group recruitment project.
6. other duties assigned by direct superior.
qualifications:
1 bachelor degree with 1-3 years of working experience of hr function
2 good command of english skill
3 proficient in ms office applications incl. intranet/ internet and hr related applications
4location specific hr related regulations
5knowledge of hr systems and processes
6good communication skills
7 customer service focused and proactive attitudes
8 effective at managing multiple priorities
