采购专员(南昌上班)

向以下机构报告:

· 锂离子电池厂采购经理

位置:

· 中国南昌市

角色优先级:

· 根据买方的指示, 负责所有与 sap 相关的交易。例如 sa/oapo 的创建和维护;存储机房采购订单生成等。

· 负责供应商采购、供应商数据的创建和维护。

· 与财务团队紧密合作, 解决任何付款问题。

· 负责付款流程的开发和部署, 并为最终用户提供指导。

· 负责 procur 系统的部署, 并与全球技术支持团队和多功能部门协调日常问题的解决和系统改进。

· 负责采购文件的管理。

资格

· 有采购与供应链专业大专以上学历者优先;

· 至少2年以上采购经验;有电池制造经验者优先;

· 熟练的英语读写能力, 平均英语口语;

· 精通微软办公室 (wordss/excel 和 powerpoint);

· 较强的逻辑思维、分析和解决问题的能力;

· 跨职能协作技能;

· sap/mrp 系统的知识和经验将是一个额外的优势。

reports to: • purchasing manager, lithium coin plant

location: • nanchang city, china

role priorities: • responsible for all sap related transaction base on buyer instruction. e.g. sa/oa/po creation and maintenance; store room po generation etc.

• responsible for vendor sourcing, vendor data creation and maintenance.

• work closely with finance team to resolve any payment issue.

• responsible for development and deployment of payment process and provide guidance to end-user.

• responsible for the deployment of procur system and coordinate with global technical supportteam and multifunction for daily issue resolution and system improvement.

• responsible for purchasing document management.

qualification • college degree in purchasing &supply chain is preferred;

• minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing; experience in battery manufacturing is preferred;

• proficient in english reading & written, average in english oral;

• proficient in microsoft offices (words/ excel &powerpoint);

• strong logic thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills;

• cross-functional collaboration skills;

• knowledge and experience in sap/ mrp systems will be an added advantage.
